Role Description The Process Specialist Record To Report will oversee end-to-end Record to Report (R2R) activities, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting in line with company policies and compliance standards. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing general ledger entries, performing account reconciliations, supporting month-end and year-end closing processes, and analyzing variances to maintain data integrity.

The role also involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, preparing reports for internal stakeholders, and supporting process improvements and standardization efforts. This is a full-time,



on-site role located in Bengaluru South.

Qualifications

- Solid understanding of Record to Report processes, including general ledger accounting, account reconciliation, and financial closing activities.
- Ability to analyze financial data, identify discrepancies, and provide clear, accurate reporting and documentation.
- Proficiency with ERP or accounting systems and standard office productivity tools (e.g., spreadsheets and reporting software).
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with finance, operations, and other internal teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, or a related field; professional certifications (e.g., CA, CMA, CPA) are an advantage.
- Prior experience in R2R, shared services, or finance operations in corporate or BPO environments is highly beneficial.
