Job Title: Insurance Verification Executive

Location: Kudlu Gate - Bangalore

Shift: US Shift (Night Shift )

Job Summary The Insurance Verification Executive is responsible for verifying patient insurance eligibility and advantages before medical services are provided. The role ensures accurate insurance information is recorded to support smooth billing and reduce claim denials.

Key Responsibilities

- Verify patient insurance eligibility and coverage through insurance portals or by contacting insurance providers.
- Check benefits, copay, coinsurance, deductibles, and policy status.
- Confirm whether prior authorization or referral is required for scheduled procedures.
- Update patient insurance details in the practice management or billing system.




- Document verification results accurately in the system.
- Coordinate with the billing team and front office staff for any missing or incorrect insurance information.
- Maintain accuracy and productivity standards.
- Follow HIPAA guidelines to ensure patient data confidentiality.

Requirements:
- 1-5 years experience in US healthcare (Insurance Verification / RCM)
- Good understanding of medical billing and insurance processes
- Experience with tools like Epic, Cerner, or similar (preferred)
- Willingness to work night shifts
