We are seeking a hands-on Principal Software Engineer to lead a Forward Deployed Engineering (FDE) pod focused on rapidly building and scaling AI-powered solutions. This is a builder-first leadership role, with approximately 40% hands-on coding and architecture, requiring solid expertise in Full-Stack Development, AI/GenAI, Cloud, and Engineering Leadership.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and grow an engineering pod, owning delivery outcomes and technical direction.
- Design, build, and deploy enterprise-scale AI/GenAI solutions.
- Develop LLM, Agentic AI, Multi-Agent Systems, and RAG-based applications.
- Build APIs, data pipelines, and integrations with enterprise platforms.
- Partner with business stakeholders to translate ideas into working prototypes and production solutions.
- Drive rapid prototyping, demos, and iterative product development.
- Mentor engineers and foster a high-performance engineering culture.
