We are looking for an experienced Principal Engineer – Agentic AI with 12+ years of experience in software engineering and strong hands-on expertise in Agentic AI, Generative AI, LLMs, and RAG. The ideal candidate will be responsible for architecting, developing, and delivering scalable AI-driven solutions across the complete SDLC.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and deploy Agentic AI and Generative AI solutions for enterprise use cases.
- Build intelligent AI agents capable of reasoning, planning, tool usage, and autonomous task execution.
- Develop and integrate LLM and RAG-based applications using enterprise data and knowledge sources.
- Lead end-to-end AI solution delivery from architecture and design through development, deployment, and production support.
- Define scalable and secure architectures for AI/ML applications and agentic workflows.
- Integrate AI solutions with enterprise applications, APIs, databases, and external tools.
- Drive software engineering best practices across the complete SDLC, including coding, testing, CI/CD, deployment, and monitoring.
- Implement DevSecOps practices to ensure secure, reliable, and compliant AI deployments.
- Apply FinOps principles to optimize infrastructure, LLM, cloud, and operational costs.




- Collaborate with engineering, product, architecture, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable AI solutions.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to engineering teams.
- Evaluate emerging AI technologies, frameworks, and LLM capabilities and identify opportunities for enterprise adoption.

Mandatory Skills & Experience

- 12+ years of overall software engineering / technology experience.
- Strong hands-on experience with Agentic AI / AI Agents.
- Robust expertise in Generative AI, LLMs, and RAG.
- Proven experience delivering AI-driven solutions end-to-end.
- Strong understanding of AI application architecture and SDLC.
- Strong programming experience in Python and/or Java.
- Hands-on experience with DevSecOps and secure software delivery practices.
- Strong understanding of FinOps and cloud cost optimization.
- Experience designing scalable, production-grade enterprise AI solutions.
- Strong problem-solving, architecture, technical leadership, and stakeholder management skills

Preferred Skills

- Experience with multi-agent systems and agent orchestration frameworks.
- Experience with LLM integration, prompt engineering, tool/function calling, and AI evaluation.
- Experience with cloud platforms and containerized deployments.
- Experience leading technical teams and enterprise AI transformation initiatives.
