We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Real Estate Pre-Sales Executive to join our sales team. The candidate will be responsible for connecting with potential customers, understanding their requirements, explaining our products/services, generating qualified leads, and supporting the sales team in converting leads into customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Contact potential customers through phone calls, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.
- Understand customer requirements and provide suitable product/service information.
- Generate, qualify, and manage leads.
- Explain product features, benefits, pricing, and offers to customers.
- Follow up with interested customers and maintain regular communication.
- Schedule appointments or meetings for the sales team.
- Maintain accurate customer and lead information in the CRM.
- Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth lead conversion.
- Achieve assigned daily, weekly, and monthly targets.
- Maintain good relationships with prospective and existing customers.
- Required Skills:Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good convincing and sales-pitching ability.
- Solid customer-handling and follow-up skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office/Google Sheets.
- CRM knowledge is an advantage.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated approach.

Experience
:0–2 years of experience in Pre-Sales, Telecalling.
