Pre-Sales Consultant – SaaS / ERP / CRM

We are looking for a Pre-Sales Consultant / Functional Consultant / Solution Consultant with hands-on experience in SaaS, ERP, CRM, or Business Automation solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct customer discovery calls and requirement-gathering workshops.
- Understand business processes across Accounting, Inventory, HR, Operations, etc.
- Map customer requirements to appropriate product/solution capabilities.
- Prepare solution proposals, blueprints, and business/ROI presentations.
- Deliver product demos, solution presentations, and POCs to customers.
- Handle functional queries and work closely with Sales and Product teams.

Mandatory Requirements
- 1–3 years of relevant experience in Pre-Sales / Functional Consulting / Solution Consulting.
- Experience must be with SaaS, ERP, CRM,



or Business Automation products.
- Strong hands-on experience in requirement gathering and customer discovery sessions.
- Proven experience delivering product demonstrations/solution presentations / POCs.
- Valuable understanding of MSME business processes such as Retail, Manufacturing, Hospitality, or Professional Services.
- Exposure to ERP/CRM tools such as Zoho, Odoo, Tally, SAP Business One, or similar.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder-management skills.
- Must be comfortable working in a Hybrid model from Bengaluru.
- Must be comfortable with the ₹6–7 LPA budget.

Candidates from pure Sales/BDE backgrounds without functional pre-sales, product demo, or solution-consulting experience will not be considered.
