We are hiring a motivated Pre-Sales Associate for our Ahmedabad office to make outbound calls using dialer software and book qualified appointments for our sales team.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calling campaigns from our Ahmedabad office using automated dialers.
- Pitch solutions, qualify leads, and schedule sales meetings.
- Maintain call logs, lead status, and notes in the CRM.
- Perform follow-up calls to ensure high appointment show-up rates.
Requirements
- 6+ months experience in cold calling, telesales, or appointment setting.
- Willingness to work on-site at our Ahmedabad office.
- Strong verbal communication and objection-handling skills.
- Hands-on experience with CRM and dialer platforms.
Compensation & Perks
- Fixed Salary: ₹20,000 to ₹35,000 per month (based on experience).
- Incentives: Attractive per-booking incentive structure on top of fixed pay.
