Offset is a leading heat transfer label and garment embellishment manufacturer, trusted by premium apparel brands. We’re looking for a detail-obsessed Pre-Press Designer to join our production team. /n /n What you’ll do /n /n • Prepare print-ready artwork for heat transfer labels — color separations, spot color creation, and film output /n • Convert brand artwork into production-ready files with correct trapping, bleed, registration marks, and imposition (step-and-repeat) /n • Match and manage Pantone / spot colors across silicon HD, CMYK transfer, metallic foil,



and flock processes /n • Coordinate with the production floor to resolve pre-press and print quality issues /n • Maintain artwork libraries and ensure files meet client and compliance specifications /n /n What we’re looking for /n /n • 2+ years in pre-press / graphic design, ideally in heat transfer, screen printing, or label/garment printing /n • Solid hands-on skills in Adobe Illustrator and CorelDRAW /n • Solid understanding of color separation, spot vs. process color, and screen printing pre-press /n • Sharp eye for color accuracy and registration /n • Ability to work to tight deadlines with a quality-first mindset /n /n Bonus points /n /n • Experience with automation/scripting (Illustrator ExtendScript, CorelDRAW VBA) /n • Familiarity with garment embellishment processes and Pantone TCX color systems
