Location: Kanpur, Uttar Pradesh (onsite / client‑facing as required)

Role purpose

Lead structuring, transaction advisory,

and bid management for PPP projects across urban infrastructure, industrial parks, utilities and social infrastructure, ensuring bankable project design and smooth procurement/implementation.

Key responsibilities

- Project structuring & advisory:
- Design PPP models (BOT, DBFOT, HAM, O&M;, hybrid) and preparefeasibility inputs.
- Financial modelling & appraisal: Build and validate financial models (IRR, NPV, cashflows,
- sensitivity analysis) and prepare funding/viability assessments.
- Transaction management: Draft and
- review RFQ/RFP, concession agreements,



and bid evaluation frameworks;manage pre‑bid and bid evaluation processes.
- Stakeholder coordination: Liaise
- with central/state government agencies, SPVs, legal and financialadvisors, lenders and multilateral agencies.
- Contract & implementation support: Support contract award, financial closure, monitoring of
- concession compliance, and dispute/claim management.
- Market & demand analysis:
- Conduct demand assessment, market studies, and prepare business/operatingmodels for projects.
- Required qualifications & experience
- Education: Postgraduate degree in MBA
- (Finance preferred), M.Tech/BE (Civil/Infrastructure), Economics, Public
- Policy or equivalent.
- Experience: 5–10+ years in
- PPP structuring, transaction advisory, infrastructure consulting, orgovernment procurement; experience with state/central projects preferred.
- Technical skills: Advanced Excel

Pay: ₹3,000,000.00 - ₹3,500,000.00 per year
