We're Hiring PLC Programming Manager.

- Experience:

- 10+ Years of programming expertise in Mitsubishi and Siemens PLCs (Industry-specific experience preferred).

- Age limit: Up to 38 years

- Qualification:

- Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation, Automation or a related engineering discipline.

- Notice Period:

- Immediate or less than 30 days will be Preferred.

- Note:

- This is a core PLC programming role, NOT a troubleshooting-focused position.

- Candidates whose primary experience is limited to breakdown handling, maintenance or troubleshooting should not be considered.

Job Role Overview

- We are looking for an experienced PLC Programming Manager with strong core programming expertise in Mitsubishi and Siemens PLCs.

- The ideal candidate should be a hands-on programming expert with in-depth knowledge of PLC logic development, programming standards and automation systems.

Job Key Skills &

Competencies (Mandatory):

- Core PLC programming expertise is mandatory.

- Expert-level knowledge of Mitsubishi PLC programming.

- Expert-level knowledge of Siemens PLC programming.

- Strong knowledge of PLC logic, sequencing, interlocks, timers, counters,



ana log/digital I/O and communication protocols.

- Hands-on experience in developing PLC programs independently.

- Ability to understand and develop programs rather than merely troubleshoot existing systems.

Job Key Roles & Responsibilities:

- Develop, modify and implement PLC programs for industrial automation systems.

- Robust hands-on programming expertise in Mitsubishi PLCs.

- Strong hands-on programming expertise in Siemens PLCs.

- Develop PLC logic from scratch based on machine/process requirements.

- Handle complete PLC programming, logic development and program validation.

- Understand electrical drawings, control architecture, I/O configuration and automation sequences.

- Work closely with electrical, controls and engineering teams for program development and integration.

- Perform program testing, simulation and commissioning support.

- Maintain programming documentation and follow coding/programming standards.

- Optimize existing PLC programs and develop improved control logic when required.
