Job responsibilities -

Automated complex data extraction and validation activities, reducing manual effort.

Custom enhancements:

- Custom code for JCB Custom environment (handlers, method customization)
- Custom utilities & batch scripts (session control, workplace reconfiguration)
- AWC enhancements (tabs, visibility rules, search & classification indexing, stylesheets).
- Strengthened platform scalability and clear documentation.

Go-Live support:

- Enabled a successful Go-Live by rapidly resolving critical issues, minimizing downtime and ensuring uninterrupted business operations.
- Accelerated user adoption and system stability during Go-Live, reducing post-launch incidents and operational risk.

Reduced post-upgrade application and workflow defects through proactive validation
