Position Title: Platform Engineer

Requirements:

We are looking for a Platform Engineer with strong experience in cloud-native architecture, automation, and infrastructure management across AWS or Azure. The ideal candidate should have hands-on expertise in Terraform, Ansible, CI/CD, Python/Bash/PowerShell, and observability tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, Splunk, or OpenTelemetry. Strong knowledge of DevSecOps, cloud security, secrets management, and enterprise-scale automation is required.

Experience with MLOps, AIOps, AI-driven automation, or ML model deployment will be an added advantage.

Roles and Responsibilities:

- - Build and maintain secure CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, or Azure DevOps.
- Design, automate, and manage cloud-native infrastructure across AWS/Azure using Terraform and Ansible.
- Implement observability, monitoring, performance optimization, and cost optimization across platforms.
- Develop automation scripts using Python, Bash, or PowerShell and support enterprise-scale configuration management.
- Drive DevSecOps practices, security controls, compliance, and secrets management throughout the SDLC.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to improve platform reliability, scalability, and operational efficiency.
- Leverage AI/ML and AIOps capabilities for anomaly detection, predictive monitoring, and infrastructure optimization.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Platform Engineering

- - Infrastructure as Code (IaC): Terraform
- Cloud-native architecture on AWS or Azure




- Strong understanding of Ansible and Ansible Playbooks
- CI/CD design GitHub Actions (preferable), GitLab CI, Azure DevOps with a strong understanding of security within CI/CD
- Observability: Prometheus, Grafana, Splunk, OpenTelemetry
- Cost optimization and performance analysis

AI/ML Integration (Optional)
- - Deploying machine learning models into production using MLOps
- Automation of model retraining and monitoring (drift detection, alerting)
- AI-driven anomaly detection, performance prediction, and capacity forecasting
- Experience in AIOps practices
- Strong automation of configuration management

DevOps & Automation
- - Strong scripting in Python, Bash, PowerShell
- Event-driven automation with tools like Airflow or Prefect
- Auto-scaling infrastructure based on AI-driven forecasting and Machine Learning
- Secrets and configuration management: Secrets Manager, Azure Vault, CyberArk
- Experience in working with and creating Ansible playbooks for automated configuration management at enterprise scale.

Security & Compliance
- - Deep understanding of cloud-native security best practices and implications
- DevSecOps experience and driving security as a priority in design and build processes
- Auditability and compliance support for ML pipelines
- Experience in integrating security practices throughout the SDLC lifecycle (ex: scanning and policy enforcement)

Preferred / Nice-to-Have Skills

- - Familiarity with programming languages
