Role Description The Placement/Recruitment Executive role is a full-time, on-site position based in Pune City. The role involves coordinating end-to-end placement activities for learners, including identifying suitable job opportunities, building relationships with healthcare and life sciences organizations, and managing recruitment drives.

The executive will liaise with hiring managers, collect and refine job requirements, prepare job descriptions, and align candidate profiles with employer needs. Daily tasks include screening resumes, scheduling and conducting preliminary interviews, maintaining placement records, and tracking outcomes.



The role also includes supporting learners with interview preparation, updating placement reports, and collaborating with faculty and the academic team to improve employability initiatives.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Recruiting and Hiring skills, with experience managing end-to-end recruitment or placement processes.
- Candidates should possess Development and basic workforce planning skills to align candidate capabilities with employer requirements.
- Candidates should possess Interviewing and candidate assessment skills to evaluate suitability for various healthcare and life sciences roles.
- Candidates should possess clear, professional Communication skills for interaction with learners, corporate partners, and internal teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline; specialization in HR, Management, or Life Sciences is an advantage.
- Prior experience in placement coordination, recruitment consulting, or talent acquisition, preferably in education or healthcare sectors.
- Proficiency in MS Office tools and basic recruitment platforms; ability to maintain accurate data and reports.
- Solid relationship-building, organizational, and time-management abilities, with a learner-centric and inclusive approach.
