Experience* 8 to 15 Years

Responsibilities*

 Lead end-to-end **manufacturing* operations of BLDC motors and *controllers

-  Ensure achievement of production targets as per plan

 Optimize plant productivity and daily operations

 Implement effective production planning and capacity control

 Improve OEE and minimize downtime

 Drive quality assurance and continuous improvement (Lean, Kaizen)

 Manage maintenance and enhance equipment reliability

 Oversee supply chain coordination and inventory control

 Lead, train,



and develop cross-functional teams

 Control costs and improve operational efficiency

 Ensure health, safety, and regulatory compliance

 Implement the Business strategy.

Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
