We are looking for a creative Photographer & Reels Content Creator who understands the world of social media and knows how to turn everyday experiences into engaging, high-performing content.

This is not a traditional photography-only role. We are looking for someone with extensive knowledge of Instagram Reels, short-form video content, current trends, viral formats, transitions, hooks and content styles.

You will work closely with the Brand Manager and Social Media Manager to conceptualize, shoot and create content that is visually appealing, relevant and designed to capture attention.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle photography and videography for the company's social media, marketing and promotional requirements.
- Take complete ownership of Reel productionfrom understanding the concept to shooting and editing the final video.
- Stay constantly updated with Instagram trends, viral Reels, trending audio, formats, transitions, editing styles and content trends.
- Identify trends that can be adapted creatively to suit our brand.
- Develop new and original Reel concepts rather than simply copying existing trends.
- Shoot engaging Reels, short-form videos, promotional videos, behind-the-scenes content and other social media content.
- Understand what makes content scroll-stopping, engaging and shareable.
- Have a strong understanding of hooks, pacing, storytelling, transitions, framing and retention in short-form videos.
- Capture high-quality photographs for social media, advertisements, branding and promotional material.
- Cover events, activities, customer experiences,



campaigns and day-to-day moments to create regular content.
- Work closely with the Brand Manager and Social Media Manager to plan and execute the content calendar.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and actively contribute creative ideas for upcoming content.
- Edit photographs and videos to create polished, platform-ready content.
- Ensure content is shot in the correct formats and dimensions for Instagram Reels, Stories, posts and advertisements.
- Experiment with new shooting and editing techniques to keep the brand's content fresh.
- Maintain and organize the company's photography and video library.

What We're Looking For

- Minimum 1 year of experience in photography, videography, content creation or a similar role.
- Strong and extensive knowledge of Instagram Reels and short-form video content.
- Deep understanding of current social media trends, viral content formats and trending audio.
- Strong photography and videography skills with a good understanding of lighting, composition, framing and camera angles.
- Excellent understanding of Reel shooting and editing.
- Ability to identify a trend and quickly understand how it can be adapted to our brand.
- Strong creative thinking and an excellent visual sense.
- Knowledge of video and photo editing tools.
- Good English communication skills.
- Comfortable working with people, directing subjects and creating content on camera when required.
- Ability to work independently and proactively look for content opportunities.
- A solid portfolio demonstrating Reels/video content and photography work is required.
