Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and maintain applications using the Pega Platform.
- Translate business and functional requirements into Pega-based technical solutions.
- Develop and configure Pega rules, workflows, case types, and application components.
- Configure user interfaces, data models, integrations, and business logic within Pega.
- Develop and consume integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and other integration mechanisms.
- Perform unit testing, debugging, and troubleshooting of Pega applications.
- Analyze and resolve application issues and production defects.
- Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to Pega development best practices.
- Optimize application performance and maintainability.
- Work closely with business analysts, architects, QA teams, and other developers.
- Prepare technical documentation for developed solutions.
- Support application deployments and post-production issues.




- Stay updated with Pega platform capabilities and recommended development practices.

Required Qualifications :

- Strong hands-on experience in Pega application development.
- Good understanding of Pega Platform architecture and development concepts.
- Experience with Case Management, workflows, and business rules.
- Experience developing and configuring Pega rules and application components.
- Experience with REST/SOAP integrations and APIs.
- Robust understanding of SQL and relational databases.
- Good knowledge of Java, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS is an advantage.
- Strong debugging, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
- Understanding of software development lifecycle, testing, and code review practices.
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
