We are seeking a detail-oriented

Pega Tester with solid expertise in Pega PRPC applications to ensure the quality, performance, and stability of our business process management solutions. You will work closely with developers, business analysts, and stakeholders to validate Pega implementations and deliver high-quality releases.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts for Pega applications

- Perform functional, regression, integration, and system testing

- Validate Pega workflows, business rules, and case management processes

- Identify, log, track, and manage defects using tools like JIRA or ALM

- Collaborate with developers and BA teams to clarify requirements and resolve issues

- Conduct data validation, API testing, and UI testing

- Participate in

Agile/Scrum ceremonies

(daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives)

- Ensure adherence to quality standards and best practices in testing

- Support

UAT (User Acceptance Testing)





and production deployment validation

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field

- 4+ years' experience in Pega testing

- Strong understanding of

Pega PRPC architecture and workflows

- Hands-on experience with testing tools

(e.g., Selenium, TestNG, QTP, or similar)

- Experience with test management tools

(JIRA, ALM, Azure DevOps)

- Knowledge of

SQL for data validation

- Familiarity with

API testing tools

(Postman / SOAP UI)

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

- Good communication and stakeholder management abilities

Preferred Qualifications

- Pega certification

(e.g., CSA, CSSA, CPSS)

- Experience in automation testing for Pega applications

- Knowledge of

CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices

- Experience with banking, insurance, or enterprise BPM systems
