Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced PE Cast Stretch Film Machine Operator to operate an imported cast stretch PE 2-layer film machine (fully automatic) for the production of high-quality stretch film. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in cast film/stretch film production, good knowledge of PE raw materials and process parameters, and the ability to maintain consistent quality and production efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

- Operate and monitor the imported cast stretch PE 2-layer film machine, managing the production process from raw material feeding through extrusion, casting, stretching and winding.
- Monitor and adjust key process parameters including temperature, melt pressure, screw speed, line speed, film thickness and winding tension to maintain consistent product quality.




- Identify and troubleshoot common film defects such as thickness variation, wrinkles, film breaks and uneven winding.
- Achieve production and quality targets while minimising material wastage.
- Monitor machine performance, carry out routine checks and promptly report technical or mechanical abnormalities.
- Maintain production records and coordinate with production staff/helpers for smooth machine operation.
- Follow all safety, housekeeping and standard operating procedures.

Required Skills & Experience
- 4–5 years of hands-on experience in PE cast film/stretch film production, preferably on a cast stretch film extrusion machine.
- Good knowledge of LDPE, LLDPE and other PE raw materials used in stretch film manufacturing.
- Strong understanding of film-processing parameters and their impact on thickness, width, stretchability, clarity and overall film quality.
- Ability to troubleshoot basic machine and film-quality issues and make appropriate process adjustments.
- Good communication and coordination skills, with a responsible, hardworking and quality-conscious approach.
