We are looking for a Payroll Processor HR Operations to support payroll processing and HR operations for campus employees. The role requires solid excel proficiency, data handling capabilities, operational intelligence, and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities

- Support monthly payroll processing for campus employees, ensuring accurate and timely payroll inputs.
- Validate and reconcile attendance, leave, new joiners, exits, salary changes, deductions, and other payroll inputs.
- Maintain accurate employee master data in the HRMS/payroll system.
- Prepare and maintain payroll MIS, trackers, and reports using Excel.
- Perform data checks and reconciliations to identify and resolve discrepancies before payroll closure.
- Support Full & Final Settlement (F&F;) and employee exit-related payroll activities.
- Assist with payroll statutory processes including PF, ESI, PT, TDS, and other applicable compliances.
- Coordinate with campus HR teams, Finance, employees, and other stakeholders to resolve payroll-related queries and discrepancies.
- Maintain payroll records and support audit and compliance requirements.




- Identify operational gaps and contribute to improving payroll processes and controls.

Non-Negotiable Requirements

* Proficient in MS Excel formulas, lookups, Pivot Tables, filtering, sorting, and data reconciliation.

- Strong data-handling and analytical skills with the ability to identify discrepancies.
- Strong operational intelligence and ability to understand processes and dependencies.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work with large employee datasets and tight monthly payroll timelines.
- Good communication and stakeholder coordination skills.
- Basic understanding of payroll and HR operations.

### Preferred

- Graduate in B.Com, BBA, MBA/PGDM – HR, or related field.
- 1–2 years of experience in payroll, HR operations, MIS, or shared services.
- Experience with an HRMS/payroll system is an advantage.
