Role Description This full-time, in office Payroll Consultant role is based in Bengaluru South.

The Payroll

Consultant will support clients in configuring, managing, and optimizing Dayforce payroll solutions, ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing in line with local regulations and organizational policies. Day-to-day responsibilities include advising on payroll best practices, resolving payroll-related issues, and collaborating with HR and finance stakeholders to align payroll processes with broader HCM strategies. The role also involves analyzing payroll data,



assisting with employee benefits and tax configurations, and providing training and documentation to help customers use the platform effectively.

Qualifications

- Strong expertise in payroll operations, including Payroll Services and Payroll Administration.
- Working knowledge of Payroll Taxes and compliance with relevant statutory and regulatory requirements.
- Experience managing or coordinating Employee Benefits within integrated HR and payroll environments.
- Effective Communication skills, with the ability to explain complex payroll concepts to diverse stakeholders.
- Experience with HCM or payroll technology platforms; Dayforce or similar systems experience is an advantage.
- Attention to detail, analytical mindset, and proficiency with spreadsheets and payroll-related reporting.
- Ability to work collaboratively in an on-site team environment and manage multiple client priorities.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, HR, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
