Experience: 10–14 years /n Qualification: B.Com / Finance /n Location: Bengaluru /n Work Mode: Work from Office | Shift: US/Rotational /n Role Overview /n We are looking for an experienced Payment Operations Manager to lead end-to-end /n banking payment operations, ensuring operational efficiency, compliance, service /n quality, and customer satisfaction. /n Key Responsibilities /n • Manage end-to-end Payment Operations covering ACH, Wire, SWIFT, Fedwire, /n Cheques, and Lockbox. /n • Oversee payment processing, repairs, investigations, reconciliations, /n claims, adjustments, and servicing. /n • Ensure adherence to banking regulations, ACH/NACHA, Fedwire, /n sanctions/OFAC, and risk controls. /n • Lead and develop teams, drive operational performance, and manage /n transitions/change initiatives. /n • Partner with senior stakeholders to establish operational goals, processes, and /n service standards.
