At Strivant Health, quality and accuracy are essential to delivering exceptional patient and client outcomes. As a Patient Access Quality Auditor, you will be responsible for evaluating the quality and accuracy of Patient Access operations, including registration, insurance eligibility verification, authorization processing, financial clearance, and patient liability activities.

This role works closely with Team Leads, Managers, Trainers, and frontline staff to identify trends, improve performance, enhance compliance, and support continuous process improvement initiatives. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, analytical, and passionate about helping others succeed through coaching, education, and quality improvement.

What You ll Do - Your Impact Matters

- Conduct quality audits of patient registration, eligibility verification, authorization, financial clearance, and patient liability activities.
- Review accounts for accuracy, compliance, completeness of documentation, and adherence to client requirements.
- Provide coaching and actionable feedback to improve quality, productivity, and patient experience outcomes.
- Track quality metrics, identify trends, and recommend corrective actions and training opportunities.
- Collaborate with Team Leads, Trainers, and Operations leadership to improve performance and operational efficiency.
- Assist with the development and maintenance of audit tools, scorecards, SOPs,



and quality documentation.
- Participate in calibration sessions and quality review meetings to ensure consistency across teams.
- Support special projects, process improvement initiatives, and compliance reviews as needed.

What You Bring to the Table

- Bachelors degree in healthcare, business, finance, or a related field preferred.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Patient Access, Insurance Verification, Authorizations, Financial Clearance, Medical Financial Services, or Revenue Cycle Management.
- Previous quality auditing, training, mentoring, coaching, or team lead experience preferred.
- Strong understanding of patient registration, eligibility verification, authorization workflows, and financial clearance processes.
- Experience with EMR systems, patient accounting applications, eligibility platforms, authorization tools, and payer portals.
- Knowledge of healthcare reimbursement, government payers, commercial insurance plans, and managed care processes.
- Robust analytical skills with the ability to identify trends and implement quality improvement recommendations.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel and Word.
- Ability to provide constructive feedback while maintaining a positive and collaborative approach.
