Job Summary:

The PDC Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the Parts Distribution Center (PDC), ensuring productive and accurate handling of parts, inventory management, and timely distribution. This role involves leading a team of warehouse associates, implementing operational best practices, maintaining safety standards, and optimizing workflow to meet organizational goals and customer demands.

Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of warehouse personnel, including receiving, stocking, picking, packing, and shipping of parts.

- Manage inventory control processes, conduct regular cycle counts, and investigate discrepancies to maintain high levels of inventory accuracy.

- Ensure compliance with all company policies, safety regulations, and quality standards within the PDC.

- Train, mentor, and evaluate the performance of warehouse staff, fostering a productive and positive work environment.





- Optimize warehouse layout and processes to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance productivity.

- Coordinate with procurement, sales, and transportation departments to ensure smooth flow of parts and timely order fulfillment.

- Operate and maintain warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment, ensuring proper usage and safety.

- Generate and analyze operational reports on inventory levels, order fulfillment rates, and team performance to identify areas for improvement.

- Address and resolve operational issues, customer complaints, and personnel matters in a timely and effective manner.

- Implement and monitor security measures to protect company assets and prevent loss.

- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and projects aimed at enhancing PDC operations.
