We are looking for a proactive and commercially driven Partnerships Associate to manage and grow strategic partnerships for Infynity, our B2C platform. The role will involve identifying, onboarding and managing partners across multiple categories while building partnerships that create value for both our users and the business.

Key Responsibilities

● Identify and evaluate potential partners across categories such as financial services, insurance, mobility, electronics, lifestyle, healthcare, education, food, offers and other consumer services.

● Own the partnership lifecycle end-to-end—from prospecting and outreach to discussions, negotiations, onboarding, launch and ongoing management.

● Build strong relationships with brands, service providers, aggregators and other strategic partners.

● Structure commercially viable partnerships, including commissions, revenue share, exclusive offers and other collaboration models.

● Coordinate with Product, Marketing, Operations, Finance and Tech teams for successful partnership launches.

● Track partner performance, transactions, revenue, user adoption and overall business impact.

● Conduct market and competitor research to identify new partnership opportunities and categories.





● Continuously improve existing partnerships and identify opportunities to increase engagement and revenue.

● Maintain partnership pipeline, documentation, commercials and regular performance reports.

What We're Looking For

● 0–2 years of experience in partnerships, business development, category management, sales, growth or similar roles.

● Strong communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills.

● Commercial mindset with the ability to understand unit economics, commissions, margins and revenue models.

● Strong ownership and ability to independently drive conversations and follow-ups.

● Valuable research, analytical and problem-solving skills.

● Comfortable working across multiple categories and managing multiple partnerships simultaneously.

● Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and presentations; familiarity with CRM and AI tools is a plus.

● Energetic, curious and comfortable working in a fast-moving startup environment.

Pay: ₹350,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
