If you've handled animals, dressed wounds, or held a scared dog steady while a vet worked, we want to hear from you.
What you'll do
- Assist veterinarians during in office treatment of street animals
- Provide first aid, wound care and infection management
- Support vaccinations, deworming, IV setups and parasite management
- Handle animals safely and compassionately
- Maintain case records and follow treatment SOPs
- Coordinate with volunteers, feeders and local residents
What we're looking for
- Experience in animal handling or veterinary assistance
- Working knowledge of basic veterinary care and first aid
- Diploma/certification in veterinary care is an advantage
- Comfortable working in demanding on-ground conditions
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
