Role Description

This is a full time on-site Paid Assistant role located in Bengaluru. The Paid Assistant will assist with auditing and assurance assignments, perform tax filing and compliance tasks, support corporate filings and structuring processes,



and provide consultancy on accounting and financial matters. The role will involve working closely with senior professionals to ensure the accuracy and compliance of financial processes.

Qualifications

- Experience in Audit & Assurance and understanding of related procedures
- Knowledge of Taxation, including filing, compliance, and regulations
- Familiarity with Corporate Law and start-up advisory
- Robust analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
- Proficiency in accounting software and tools
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or a related field; pursuing CA/CA Inter is preferred
- Excellent attention to detail, time management, and an eagerness to learn
