Role Description The Owner role is a full-time, on-site position based in Delhi, India, responsible for overseeing the overall business strategy, operations, and growth of Action Footwears Pvt. Ltd.

Daily responsibilities include setting long-term goals, making key business and financial decisions, and monitoring sales performance across markets. The Owner will guide product development and merchandising, ensure quality standards are maintained, and align production with brand positioning. The role also involves leading senior management, fostering a collaborative culture, managing vendor and partner relationships, and ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.





Additional duties include representing the brand in industry events, assessing market trends, and driving initiatives to expand the brand’s global footprint.

Qualifications

- Solid business leadership and strategic planning skills, with experience in managing multi-functional teams.
- Proficiency in financial management, budgeting, and performance analysis to support sustainable growth.
- Background in retail, footwear, fashion, or consumer goods, with understanding of product development and merchandising.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills for internal and external relations.
- Ability to drive operational efficiency, quality assurance, and process improvement in a manufacturing or retail environment.
- Entrepreneurial mindset, with proven experience in ownership, senior executive roles, or business management.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is preferred.
- Comfort working on-site in Delhi, India, with readiness to travel domestically or internationally as required.
