Role Description The Owner role at BIST Technologies is a full-time, on-site position based in Guntur East. The individual in this role oversees overall business operations, including strategic planning, financial management, and service delivery. Day-to-day responsibilities include setting business goals, managing budgets and cash flow, supervising staff, and ensuring high-quality customer experiences.

The Owner leads new business development, builds and maintains client relationships, and represents the company in local networks and partnerships.



This role also involves making key decisions on technology investments, monitoring performance metrics, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and company policies.

Qualifications

- Ability to develop and execute business strategies, including planning, goal setting, and performance tracking.
- Solid financial management capabilities, such as budgeting, forecasting, and basic accounting oversight.
- Experience leading teams, managing staffing needs, and creating a positive, inclusive workplace culture.
- Effective communication and negotiation skills for working with clients, vendors, and community partners.
- General understanding of technology and digital tools relevant to small and medium-sized businesses.
