Role & responsibilities

1. Documentation & Application Management

- Lead renewal activities for all organic certifications and Organic System Plan (OSP) updates.
- Conduct thorough document reviews to ensure all certification-related paperwork is audit-ready.
- Manage product additions, amendments, and label approvals with regulatory bodies.

1. Transaction Certificate (TC) & Global Trade

- End-to-end management of Domestic and Export Transaction Certificates (TC) and Import Certificates.
- Oversee batch applications, approvals, and complex TC processing.
- Handle stock transfers between Internal Control Systems (ICS), company accounts, and other units.
- Coordinate with laboratories for sample testing and liaison with certification bodies as required for TC issuance.

1. Field Operations & Compliance

- Oversee farmer verification processes and coordinate training for field staff and farmers.
- Manage Non-Conformity (NC) reports, ensuring timely corrective actions and closures.
- Travel to field sites or processing units to monitor documentation standards and compliance.

1. Data Management & Traceability

- Expert-level management of TraceNet updates, including daily data entry and renewal processes.
- Ensure accurate harvest closing and batch creation to maintain 100% traceability.




- Utilize ERP and AI-based systems to streamline compliance data.

1. Audit Leadership & Coordination

- Lead the preparation and representation of the company during internal and external audits by bodies such as FSSAI, FDA, NPOP, NOP, EU, and BRC.
- Act as the primary point of contact for certification bodies and regulatory agencies.
- Coordinate across Purchase, Production, Sales, and Accounts departments to gather and verify compliance data.

Preferred candidate profile

- Education: Graduate or Post-graduate in Agriculture or related fields
- Experience: Proven experience handling Trace Net and international organic standards (NOP, NPOP, EU) will be plus.
- Technical Proficiency: High level of expertise in MS Excel and documentation management; comfortable with ERP systems.
- Knowledge: Deep understanding of FSSAI regulations, organic certification cycles, and global export compliance.
- Traits: Detail-oriented, robust analytical skills, and the ability to manage multiple regulatory deadlines simultaneously.
- Readiness: Should be ready to travel to farmer location for verification and audit.
