Company Description Consciento Consultancy Services is a psychology-led organizational consulting firm dedicated to understanding people and improving workplace productivity. The firm uses scientific assessments, organizational research, and behavioral insights to help organizations address key areas such as employee productivity, engagement, motivation, culture, leadership, team collaboration, role clarity, and retention. Consciento focuses on uncovering the underlying drivers of workplace performance rather than relying on surface-level satisfaction measures.

Insights are translated into practical organizational actions that support healthier, high-performing workplaces. Applicants can expect to join a team that values evidence-based practice and impactful, people-centered solutions.

Role Description: The Organisation Psychology & Research Intern is a full-time, hybrid role based in Gurugram, with some flexibility for work-from-home arrangements. Day-to-day responsibilities include supporting the design and administration of psychological and organizational assessments, assisting in data collection and analysis, and contributing to research projects on topics such as engagement,

motivation, culture, and leadership effectiveness. The intern will help prepare reports, presentations, and evidence-based recommendations for clients, and may participate in client meetings or workshops under supervision.

The role also involves literature reviews, documentation of research findings, and collaboration with consultants to translate insights into practical interventions and tools.

Qualifications

- Strong foundation in organizational/industrial psychology or related fields, with ongoing or completed studies in Psychology, Organizational Behavior, HR, or a related discipline.
- Applied research skills, including familiarity with research design, data collection methods, basic statistics, and literature review.
- Analytical and critical-thinking abilities to interpret assessment data and derive insights related to productivity, engagement, culture, and leadership.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills for preparing reports, summaries, presentations, and client-ready documents.
- Proficiency with productivity and analysis tools (e.g., MS Excel, PowerPoint; exposure to SPSS, R, or similar tools is an advantage).
- Ability to work collaboratively in a consulting environment, manage time effectively, and maintain professional ethics and confidentiality.
- Demonstrated interest in organizational consulting, workplace well-being, or people analytics; prior internship or project experience in related areas is a plus.
