Oracle Fusion Technical Lead – AMS

Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion Technical Lead to lead the technical support, integration, reporting, automation, and enhancement activities for an Oracle Fusion Application Managed Services environment.

The Technical Lead will work closely with Oracle functional consultants, business stakeholders, integration teams, and other technical teams to deliver scalable solutions across Oracle Fusion modules including Finance, Procurement, HCM, CX, and Construction.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead L2/L3 technical support for Oracle Fusion Cloud applications.
- Own technical troubleshooting and resolution of complex production issues.
- Perform technical root-cause analysis and drive permanent fixes for recurring issues.
- Design, develop, maintain, and troubleshoot Oracle Fusion integrations.
- Develop and support integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).
- Work with REST and SOAP APIs for Oracle Fusion integrations and external system connectivity.
- Develop and maintain SQL/PLSQL-based solutions where applicable.
- Design and develop reports using BI Publisher and OTBI.
- Support data extraction, transformation, validation, and migration activities.
- Develop technical solutions for extensions, interfaces, automations, and application enhancements.
- Collaborate with functional consultants to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.

Provide technical leadership across Oracle Fusion modules including:

o Finance o Procurement o HCM o CX o Construction





- Lead technical impact assessments for Oracle Fusion quarterly updates.
- Support testing, deployment, release management, and production hypercare.
- Establish technical standards, reusable frameworks, and best practices for the AMS team.
- Review technical designs and deliverables produced by team members.
- Identify opportunities for automation to improve support efficiency and reduce manual activities.

Required Skills & Experience:

- 7+ years of Oracle technical experience with strong hands-on Oracle Fusion Cloud exposure.
- Strong experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).
- Strong SQL and PL/SQL skills.
- Hands-on experience with REST and SOAP APIs.
- Robust experience with BI Publisher and OTBI.
- Experience developing and troubleshooting Oracle Fusion integrations.
- Experience in enterprise application production support / AMS environments.
- Strong understanding of Oracle Fusion architecture and technical components.
- Experience with DevOps, CI/CD, source control, and cloud-based deployment practices.
- Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to lead technical discussions with functional teams, business stakeholders, and vendors.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills.

Preferred:

- Oracle Cloud certification.
- Experience across multiple Oracle Fusion modules.
- Experience with Oracle Fusion quarterly updates and technical impact assessments.
- Knowledge of Visual Builder, Groovy, Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI), or other Oracle PaaS technologies.
- Experience designing highly available and scalable integration solutions.
- Prior experience leading an Oracle Fusion AMS technical team.
