About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Oracle Fusion Service Technical Consultant with strong hands-on experience in the Oracle Fusion ecosystem. The candidate will be responsible for designing, configuring, customizing, integrating, and supporting Oracle Fusion Service solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle end-to-end technical activities for Oracle Fusion Service.
- Work on Service Request Management, Knowledge Management and Entitlements.
- Configure Service Folders, Work Orders, Queues and Assignment Rules.
- Develop customizations using Groovy Scripting, Application Composer and Page Composer.
- Design and support integrations between Oracle Fusion Service and external applications.
- Work with REST and SOAP Web Services.
- Support Field Service Integration, Digital Customer Service (DCS) and Omni-Channel solutions.
- Develop complex reports and dashboards using OTBI and BI Publisher.
- Perform data loading using relevant Oracle Fusion tools such as FBL/HDL.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and optimize application performance.
- Participate in requirement gathering, solution design, testing, deployment and production support.




- Collaborate with functional consultants, architects and business stakeholders.

Required Skills ✅ 5–8 years of hands-on experience in the Oracle Fusion ecosystem

✅ Strong experience in Oracle Fusion Service

✅ Expert-level Groovy Scripting experience

✅ Strong hands-on experience with Application Composer / Page Composer

✅ Experience with REST & SOAP Web Services

✅ Robust knowledge of Oracle Fusion integrations

✅ Experience with OTBI & BI Publisher

✅ Experience with FBL/HDL or Oracle Fusion data loading tools

✅ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

✅ Good communication and stakeholder-management skills

Good to Have

⭐ Experience with VBCS (Visual Builder Cloud Service)

⭐ Oracle Cloud Platform Application Integration certification

⭐ Experience with Digital Customer Service / Field Service

⭐ Experience with Omni-Channel Service
