Summary

We are looking for an experienced Oracle Fusion Demand & Supply Planning Functional Consultant with robust expertise in Oracle Fusion Cloud SCM Planning modules. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in implementing, configuring, and supporting Oracle Fusion Demand Planning, Supply Planning, and Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP;). The consultant will work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements, design scalable planning solutions, perform system configuration, support testing activities, and provide post-go-live support.

Responsibilities

Implement and support Oracle Fusion Demand Management.

Configure and implement Oracle Fusion Supply Planning

Work on Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP;)

Setting up Planning Options, Planning Central, Forecast Profiles, Measure Catalogs, Collections, Supply & Demand Plans, Demand Classes, Configure statistical forecasting methods, Configure Planning Hierarchies and Planning Parameters

Required Skills

Strong functional expertise in Oracle Fusion Cloud SCM Planning modules.

Hands-on experience with:

o Oracle Fusion Demand Planning o Oracle Fusion Supply Planning o Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP;)

o Planning Central o Planning Options o Demand Classes o Planning Hierarchies o Planning Parameters o Statistical Forecasting

Strong understanding of end-to-end Supply Chain Planning processes.

Experience in requirement gathering, solution design, configuration, testing,



and production support.

Experience working with cross-functional SCM modules such as Inventory, Procurement, Manufacturing, and Order Management is preferred.

Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Education / Professional Experience/ Qualifications

Bachelor s degree in engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Supply Chain Management, or a related discipline.

Oracle Fusion Cloud SCM certification is preferred.

Experience in at least one or more end-to-end Oracle Fusion SCM implementation projects.

Experience in Oracle Cloud upgrade and enhancement projects is an added advantage.

Nice to Have

Experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).

Knowledge of BI Publisher and OTBI reporting.

Familiarity with data migration tools such as FBDI and ADFDI.

Agile project implementation experience.
