As an Oracle Finance Functional - Senior Associate, you will specialize in consulting services for business applications, focusing on optimizing operational efficiency for clients. Within our Finance Technology - Oracle Core ERP practice, you will leverage your skills to analyze client needs, implement software solutions, and provide training and support for seamless integration and utilization of Oracle Financials. This role involves configuring, implementing, and maintaining the Oracle Finance system, which includes managing financial processes such as general ledger, accounts payable, and cash management.

As a Senior Associate, you will build meaningful client connections and learn how to manage and inspire others. You are expected to anticipate the needs of your teams and clients, delivering quality solutions while navigating complex situations. Embracing increased ambiguity, you will use these moments as opportunities to grow, developing your personal brand and deepening your technical skills.

You will respond effectively to diverse perspectives and use a broad range of tools and methodologies to generate recent ideas and solve problems.

In this role at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will contribute to the strategic objectives of clients by providing specialized consulting services, enabling them to achieve their goals through the effective use of Oracle Financials.

Responsibilities





- Configuring and implementing Oracle Financials to optimize financial processes such as general ledger, accounts payable, and accounts receivable
- Analyzing client needs to develop tailored software solutions that enhance operational efficiency
- Providing training and support to clients for seamless integration and utilization of Oracle Finance systems
- Managing and maintaining Oracle Finance systems to validate continuous improvement and alignment with client objectives
- Utilizing financial management software to conduct financial analysis and reporting
- Collaborating with clients to identify opportunities for finance process improvements and transformation
- Monitoring and analyzing financial trends to inform strategic decision-making
- Upholding professional and technical standards in financial reporting and regulatory compliance
- Developing meaningful client connections to anticipate needs and deliver quality solutions
- Navigating complex situations to grow personal brand and deepen technical skills

What You Must Have
- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 5 years of experience in any of the modules in AR, AP, GL, CM
- Oral and written proficiency in English required

What Sets You Apart
- Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Accounting, Accounting & Finance, Finance, Economics, Business Administration/Management, Management Information Systems
- At least one of the following: Oracle Cloud certification in Financials or related Oracle ERP Finance Cloud modules
- Demonstrating proficiency in Oracle Financials and Oracle Hyperion Financial Management
- Utilizing analytical thinking to break down complex financial concepts
- Excelling in financial reporting and financial statement analysis
- Managing finance transformation projects with a focus on business process improvement
- Developing a deeper understanding of financial systems administration and financial risk management
