Job Title: Oracle EPM / EPBCS Consultant

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Oracle EPM / EPBCS Consultant with strong expertise in Financials and Workforce modules. The role involves delivering end-to-end EPBCS implementations, supporting planning and forecasting processes, and working closely with stakeholders to ensure successful project execution. The ideal candidate should be comfortable handling both functional configuration and technical troubleshooting within Oracle EPM environments.

Responsibilities:

- Work closely with onshore teams to support day-to-day EPBCS project delivery
- Gather requirements from finance users and translate them into system configurations
- Configure EPBCS modules with focus on Financials and Workforce planning
- Set up forms, dashboards, task lists, approvals, and security
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and planning cycles end-to-end
- Develop and maintain business rules, Groovy scripts, and automation scripts
- Coordinate data integration, validation, and issue resolution activities
- Support UAT, go-live, and post-deployment activities

Required Skills:

- 6+ years of hands-on experience in Oracle EPM / EPBCS
- Minimum 2 end-to-end EPBCS implementation experience
- Strong expertise in Financials and Workforce planning modules
- Good understanding of budgeting, forecasting,



and financial planning processes
- Experience in EPBCS configuration, business rules, and functional support
- Ability to troubleshoot technical issues in Oracle EPM environments
- Experience with Shell or PowerShell scripting for automation
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Flexibility to work in late shift (4:00 PM IST to 1:00 AM IST)

Valuable to Have:

- Experience with Capital or Projects modules in EPBCS
- Exposure to Data Integration or Data Management
- Knowledge of additional Oracle EPM modules
