Paradise is looking for an Associate Product Manager to help shape the technology that powers Indias fastest-growing biryani brand from how orders move through the kitchen to how every single store, warehouse and Central Manufacturing Location (CML) runs, day to day.

Tech isnt a back-office function here its core to how we operate and grow, and product management at Paradise isnt boxed into one function. You could find yourself building products for supply chain, manufacturing, marketing, finance or store operations — wherever the business needs sharper tools and workflows. You’ll work closely with product, engineering and business stakeholders to turn real challenges into working products: shaping requirements, coordinating development, testing solutions, and driving rollouts that directly shape operations and customer satisfaction across our network.

Responsibilities

- Understand business workflows — across stores, warehouses, CML or any function — and convert them into clear product requirements and user stories.
- Coordinate with developers and stakeholders to track features from requirements through release.
- Conduct UAT,



document issues and validate solutions before rollout.
- Support pilots and store rollouts, collect user feedback and track adoption.
- Maintain product documentation, backlog and delivery status.
- Use data and user feedback to identify product and process improvements.

What We're Looking For

- 3-4 years of experience in Product Management, Business Analysis, Product Operations or a similar role.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to structure requirements and work effectively with technical teams.
- Comfortable working directly with business and operational users.
- Basic understanding of APIs, databases and software development is preferred.
- Experience with Jira, SQL, Figma, Postman or analytics tools is a plus.
