The Role

Every week, a member signs up for the nutrition program hoping this is the thing that finally sticks. A teacher shows up to run a workshop expecting the calendar to be right. A member registers for an event and expects the sign-up process to be as smooth as everything else on the platform. None of that happens on its own. Someone has to hold it together, chase the right people, and catch the thing that would have quietly broken. That person is you.

You will own execution across three growing programs: our new nutrition program, weekly yoga workshops, and events we run through the year. You will not inherit a finished system. You will build the muscle for how MyYogaTeacher runs programs at all.

Who Will Thrive In This Role

This role is built for someone who cannot leave a stuck problem alone. When something breaks, whether it is a dietitian slot going unfilled or a sign-up flow quietly failing, you do not wait for the right person to notice. You go find out what happened and fix it, even if it means chasing three different teams to get there.

You are a natural coordinator. You hold multiple timelines and stakeholders in your head at once, and you follow up before anyone has to remind you to. You would rather build the process yourself than be handed one, and you see a messy, undefined week as an opportunity, not a burden.

This role is a strong fit if you have run programs, events, or operations where you were the person coordinating across marketing, tech, and support to make something happen on time. 3-6 years of experience, with a track record of owning execution rather than just following a checklist.

If you prefer a role with a fixed SOP and clearly defined boundaries, this is likely not the right fit.

What You'll Own

Running the Programs

Own end-to-end execution of the nutrition program, including coordinating dietitians and keeping the program on schedule. Plan and run the weekly yoga workshop calendar so workshops go out every week without gaps. Drive member sign-up and registration for events, and answer member questions as they come in.

Coordinating Across Teams

Work daily with Marketing on promotion and timing, with Tech on booking and platform issues, and with Support on member issues before, during, and after each program or event. Be the person who keeps these teams aligned on the same timeline.

Solving What's Stuck

Spot operational gaps before they become member-facing problems. When something is stuck, whether it is a slow response from another team or a process that does not exist yet, you find a way through instead of waiting for it to be assigned to you.

Qualifications

- 3-6 years of experience in operations, program management, or event coordination
- A track record of owning execution end-to-end, not just managing a checklist
- Comfortable holding other people to deadlines without being told to, including people who do not report to you
- Sharp attention to detail, catches a scheduling conflict or a broken sign-up form before it becomes a member complaint
- Clear, direct communicator who can coordinate across Marketing, Tech, and Support without friction
- Thrives in a fast-paced, process-building setting and sees that as opportunity, not limitation
