Entertainment and Recreation Operations Manager Responsibilities & Duties

- Oversee daily operations of entertainment and recreation facilities.
- Manage staff schedules, training, and performance evaluations.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to enhance efficiency.
- Coordinate and plan special events and recreational activities.
- Monitor and maintain budgets, financial reports, and revenue forecasts.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Work closely with marketing teams to promote events and activities.
- Gather and analyze customer feedback to improve services.
- Establish partnerships with local organizations and vendors.
- Manage inventory and procurement of supplies and equipment.

Entertainment and Recreation Operations Manager Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor's degree in business management, recreation, or related fields.
- Experience in project management within the entertainment industry.
- Strong understanding of customer service principles.




- Knowledge of budgeting and financial management.
- Familiarity with health and safety regulations specific to recreation.
- Proven leadership experience in managing diverse teams.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
