Operations Specialist – Asset Leasing & Financial Operations

Company: Growthally Advisors – Investment Banking & Financial Advisory Firm with 15 years of industry experience.

Experience: 2–5 years in asset/equipment leasing, NBFC, banking, financial services, or related operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end asset leasing operations, including initiation, documentation, activation, amendments, renewals, and closures.
- Ensure accurate and timely lease documentation, record maintenance, and process compliance.
- Handle billing and invoicing, validate billing inputs, and coordinate for timely invoice generation.
- Perform revenue validation, reconciliation, and variance checks against contractual terms.
- Prepare and maintain Excel-based MIS, dashboards, trackers, and operational reports.
- Monitor SLA adherence, track pending activities, and ensure timely resolution of operational issues.
- Coordinate with Finance, Sales, Credit, Legal,



Collections, and Asset Management teams.
- Identify process gaps and support automation, standardization, and process improvement initiatives.
- Provide operational data and documentation for audits and compliance requirements.

Required Skills

- Robust knowledge of lease lifecycle and financial operations.
- Advanced MS Excel skills, including VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, formulas, filtering, data validation, and reconciliation.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage high-volume transactions with accuracy, ownership, and attention to detail.
