CC is an invite-only exclusive platform with 2000 members across 30+ countries and spreading its base across key business hubs across the globe. /n /n Our mission is simple: Create a trusted room where successful leaders help each other grow. /n We are looking for a high-caliber relationship builder and operator to lead and manage one of our entrepreneur chapters. /n /n What is the Role of an Operations Manager? /n /n The Operations Manager is the execution backbone of CorporateConnections® AP & Telangana, responsible for the day-to-day operational delivery of the organization.
This role owns inventory and resourcing, venue sourcing and coordination for chapter meetings and events, and travel/accommodation bookings for member retreats across India.
The Operations
Manager is also expected to be technology-forward — driving adoption and smooth implementation of the tools and systems the organization runs on, and acting as the go-to person when operations and technology intersect. The role reports into the Operations Director and works closely with Chapter Directors and the National Office team. /n /n Re sponsibilities: /n Operations Management /n - Own end-to-end operational execution for chapter meetings, national events, and organizational initiatives. /n - Build and maintain SOPs for recurring operational activities; ensure consistency across chapters. /n - Act as the operational point of contact for Chapter Directors,
resolving logistics and execution issues quickly. /n - Track budgets, vendor costs, and expenses related to operations; flag variances to the Operations Director. /n /n Inventory Management /n - Maintain accurate inventory of branded merchandise, collateral, signage, and event materials. /n - Plan procurement and replenishment cycles ahead of events and chapter launches. /n - Set up a easy tracking system (physical + digital) for stock movement across locations. /n /n Venue Sourcing & Coordination /n - Identify, evaluate, and finalize venues for chapter meetings, member events, and larger gatherings. /n - Negotiate rates and terms with venues and vendors; manage contracts and payment timelines. /n - Coordinate on-ground logistics — seating, AV, catering, branding — for a seamless member experience. /n /n Travel & Retreat Bookings /n - Manage flight, hotel, and ground transport bookings for member retreats and offsites across India. /n - Build relationships with travel partners and hotel chains to secure preferential group rates. /n - Handle itinerary planning and troubleshoot travel issues in real time during retreats. /n /n Technology Implementation /n - Serve as the operations owner for tools the organization uses (CRM, communication, scheduling, tracking systems). /n - Drive rollout and adoption of new tools/processes across chapters, including basic training for teams. /n - Identify gaps where technology can reduce manual operational effort, and propose solutions to the Operations Director. /n /n Requirements: /n /n
- 3–4 years of experience in Operations, Coordination, logistics, event management and hospitality

- Strong verbal and written communication skills
