Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day operations of APTCODER’s EdTech platform and academic programs.
- Upload, organize, and deploy educational content, CNAT chapters, lessons, quizzes, and assessments.
- Review content for quality, accuracy, formatting, and timely deployment.
- Schedule and allocate online classes for students and teachers.
- Monitor live classes and resolve operational/technical issues in real time.
- Manage backend/admin portal operations and coordinate resolution of technical issues.
- Coordinate with the product/development team for new features, fixes, testing, and deployment.
- Track daily tasks, deadlines, and team progress using Superthread or similar tools.
- Coordinate between content, academic, teaching, technology, and management teams.
- Create and manage Google Forms for registrations, seminars, assessments, and internal requirements.
- Identify operational bottlenecks and implement practical solutions.
- Create SOPs,



checklists, and processes to improve operational efficiency.
- Prepare regular operational updates and escalate critical issues to management.

Requirements
- 2–5 years of experience in Operations, EdTech, Education, SaaS, or Project Management.
- Strong organizational, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Comfortable working with technology, web portals, dashboards, and online platforms.
- Good knowledge of Google Workspace, Google Forms, and Sheets.
- Strong communication, follow-up, and team coordination skills.
- High attention to detail and ownership of tasks.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced setting.

Pay: Up to ₹30,000.00 per month
