Role Description The Operations Internship at Confidence App InstaPrepsAI is a full-time remote role focused on supporting daily operational activities that keep the platform running smoothly. Interns will assist with coordinating and tracking ongoing projects, maintaining operational documentation, and helping streamline internal processes. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams such as product, sales, and support to ensure efficient communication and timely execution of tasks.

Interns may also help analyze operational data, prepare reports, and support process improvements that enhance learner and partner experience.



This position offers exposure to mission-driven EdTech operations and an opportunity to contribute to initiatives that make education more accessible and confidence-oriented.

Stipend is only and only inr 1k/month, do apply only and only if you are comfortable with mentioned stipend.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills to interpret data, identify trends, and support process improvements.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication skills to collaborate with teams, document processes, and interact professionally with stakeholders.
- Candidates should possess Sales-related awareness or experience to support outreach activities, coordinate with the sales team, and understand user acquisition processes.
- Candidates should possess Operations Management capabilities to assist with workflow optimization, resource coordination, and day-to-day platform operations.
- Candidates should possess Project Management skills to help plan tasks, track progress, and ensure timely completion of operational initiatives.
- Interest in EdTech, education, or social impact sectors is highly beneficial.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment, manage time effectively, and handle multiple tasks.
- Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Operations, Engineering, Management, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
- Comfort with digital tools, productivity software, and basic data handling (e.g., spreadsheets, online collaboration platforms).
