Role : Operations Executive - CKYC
Location: Kochi, South Kalamassery, CO
Experience: Minimum 2+ years in KYC/Operations
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle end-to-end CKYC processing, verification, and documentation.
- Manage customer onboarding and KYC compliance requirements.
- Coordinate with lending partners for co-lending operations and documentation.
- Ensure timely processing of applications and maintenance of operational records.
- Perform quality checks and ensure adherence to regulatory guidelines.
- Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders for issue resolution.
Required Skills:
- Sound knowledge of CKYC, KYC, AML, and customer due diligence processes. .
- Attention to detail and strong documentation skills.
- Positive understanding of regulatory and compliance requirements.
