Regional SCM Coordinator Navi Mumbai

We are looking for an experienced Regional SCM Coordinator with strong expertise in Reverse Logistics, Supply Chain Recovery, and Third-Party Logistics Management.

Key Responsibilities:

- Coordinate with regional SCM teams and external logistics agencies for device recovery and reverse logistics.
- Ensure faster pickup of returned/churn telecom devices and reduce turnaround time.
- Track device recovery, pending pickups, and agency/rider performance.
- Manage and monitor 3rd-party logistics agencies and riders against defined KPIs.
- Prepare MIS and analyze recovery data using Advanced Excel.
- Identify process gaps and drive improvements in recovery and logistics operations.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure timely reporting to internal stakeholders.





Requirements:

- 2+ years of experience in Supply Chain / Logistics / Reverse Logistics / Recovery Operations.
- Experience in telecom, electronics, device recovery, or similar industries preferred.
- Strong knowledge of Advanced Excel – Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Macros, MIS.
- Experience managing third-party logistics agencies is preferred.
- Strong coordination, communication, follow-up, and problem-solving skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
