About the Role

At Snooplay, we're looking for an Operations Associate who will play a key role in ensuring seamless procurement, inventory management, and daily warehouse operations. This role requires someone who is detail-oriented, organized, and proactive, with the ability to manage vendor coordination, maintain inventory accuracy, and support end-to-end order fulfilment in a fast-paced quick commerce environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage procurement activities by coordinating with vendors, negotiating pricing, and ensuring timely inventory replenishment.
- Maintain accurate inventory records, monitor stock levels, and conduct regular stock audits to minimize discrepancies.
- Coordinate with warehouse, dispatch teams, and delivery partners to ensure smooth order fulfillment and timely deliveries.
- Ensure all orders meet quality, packaging, and dispatch SLA standards.
- Track inward and outward movement of goods and maintain operational accuracy.
- Prepare procurement, inventory,



and operational reports while analyzing trends to improve efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Sales, Marketing, Finance, Logistics, and Customer Support for seamless operations.
- Identify process improvement opportunities and take ownership of assigned operational tasks.
- Be flexible to work in rotational shifts, including weekends, based on business requirements.
