Aspire Seed Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced and execution-focused Head of Operations to lead our service delivery and operational team.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the complete lifecycle of client projects
Allocate tasks and monitor daily team performance
Ensure timely completion of applications, documentation and deliverables
Coordinate between Sales, Research, Documentation and Client Servicing teams
Establish SOPs, reporting systems and quality-control processes
Track deadlines, pending cases and client commitments
Conduct regular team reviews and resolve operational bottlenecks
Improve productivity, accountability and client satisfaction
Build a self-dependent and scalable operations department
Preferred Candidate
4+ years of experience in operations, project management or service delivery
Strong leadership and team-management skills
Excellent command of Excel, MIS and workflow-management tools
Good written and verbal communication skills
Ability to handle multiple clients, teams and deadlines simultaneously
Experience in startup consulting, financial services, government schemes, CA/CS firms or skilled services will be preferred
Highly responsible, process-oriented and solution-focused
