- Coordinate day-to-day operations across client sites and ensure smooth service delivery.

- Coordinate manpower deployment, attendance, shift schedules, replacements and leave requirements.

- Liaise with site supervisors, housekeeping teams, technicians and clients for daily operational requirements.

- Monitor service quality, productivity and adherence to agreed schedules/SOPs.

- Coordinate specialized services such as floor care, marble/granite restoration, carpet & upholstery cleaning, faade/window cleaning, housekeeping and other facility services.

- Maintain daily/weekly/ monthly operational reports, attendance records, manpower reports and MIS.

- Follow up on client complaints, service requests and ensure timely resolution.

- Coordinate with the Operations Manager and site teams for resource planning and execution.

- Monitor availability and movement of machines, equipment, chemicals,



consumables and other operational materials.

- Assist in preparing work schedules, service plans and deployment plans.

- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety procedures and client requirements.

- Maintain proper operational documentation and records.

- Conduct regular follow-ups with site teams to ensure timely completion of assigned work.

- Support management in operational reviews, audits and performance monitoring.

Experience

1. Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in Facility Management, Housekeeping, Soft Services, Cleaning Services, Hospitality or a similar industry.

2. Graduate / Diploma preferred.

3. Positive knowledge of manpower and site operations.

4. Strong coordination skills.
