Job Summary

Innova Sphere Technologies is looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Online Chat Representatives to join our customer support team in Hyderabad. This is a fresher-friendly opportunity for candidates who have positive written English communication, basic computer knowledge, and a willingness to learn.

As an Online Chat Representative, you will assist customers through online chat, understand their queries, provide accurate information, and help resolve issues while maintaining a professional and positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Respond to customer queries through online chat in a timely and professional manner.
- Understand customer concerns and provide accurate information or appropriate solutions.
- Handle multiple customer conversations while maintaining response quality and accuracy.
- Follow company guidelines, customer service procedures, and quality standards.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and update information in the relevant systems.
- Escalate complex or unresolved issues to the appropriate team when required.
- Maintain a polite, patient, and customer-focused approach during every interaction.
- Meet established service-quality, productivity, response-time,



and attendance expectations.
- Work closely with team members and supervisors to resolve customer concerns.
- Stay updated on company products, services, processes, and policies.

Required Qualifications
- 12th pass or equivalent; graduates are welcome to apply.
- Freshers can apply; prior customer service experience is not required.
- Good written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Basic computer and internet knowledge.
- Ability to type accurately and communicate clearly through chat.
- Good problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and handle customer conversations professionally.
- Willingness to learn and work as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in customer support, chat support, BPO, or a similar role.
- Familiarity with CRM, ticketing, email, or live-chat platforms.
- Good typing speed and attention to detail.
- Knowledge of Hindi, Telugu, or other Indian languages may be an advantage.
