We are looking for energetic MSME Onboarding Specialists to help small businesses adopt digital commerce tools and grow their online presence.

You will identify and engage eligible MSMEs, explain the onboarding process, collect required details and documents, coordinate catalogue/store setup, and support businesses through their first stages of activation. You should be comfortable with calling, WhatsApp communication, follow-ups, basic documentation, and working with business owners.

This is a performance-based role. Earnings will depend primarily on successful, verified MSME onboarding and activation outcomes. Clear targets, process training, and onboarding support will be provided.

Responsibilities include

- Reach out to MSMEs through calls, WhatsApp, referrals, associations, and field networks.
- Explain the digital onboarding prospect clearly and accurately.
- Screen businesses for basic eligibility and collect consent and required information.
- Coordinate onboarding, catalogue setup, and activation with internal teams.




- Maintain accurate lead, document, follow-up, and activation records.
- Help MSMEs complete required steps and remain responsive through activation.
- Meet weekly and monthly onboarding and quality targets.

Requirements:
- Strong communication skills in English, Hindi, and/or regional languages.
- Comfortable speaking with small business owners.
- Basic smartphone, WhatsApp, Google Sheets, and document-handling skills.
- Sales, field outreach, telecalling, merchant acquisition, or MSME-support experience is preferred.
- Self-driven, organised, and able to work against measurable targets.

Compensation: Performance-based incentives for verified successful outcomes. This role is ideal for candidates who are confident in outreach, follow-up, and target-driven work.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
