We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Technical Architect with solid expertise in OMT (Order Management for Telecommunications) to join a telecom-focused transformation programme.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical architecture and solution design for ServiceNow OMT implementations.
- Define scalable and robust ServiceNow OMT architecture, integrations and technical solutions.
- Lead technical design, architecture decisions and implementation standards.
- Work closely with business, functional and technical stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable solutions.
- Oversee integrations between ServiceNow OMT and telecom/BSS/OSS platforms.
- Provide technical leadership and guidance to ServiceNow development and implementation teams.
- Ensure solutions follow ServiceNow best practices, security and integration standards.
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong hands-on ServiceNow OMT experience – MUST HAVE.
- Proven experience as a ServiceNow Technical Architect / Solution Architect.
- Strong understanding of ServiceNow architecture, integrations and technical design.
- Previous experience in the Telecom domain is highly desirable.
- Strong stakeholder management and technical leadership skills.
- Experience working on complex ServiceNow transformation programmes.
